Jill Kuhn
Jill grew up in a rural midwest town: population 1,600. Every family knew one another, and they all showed tremendous pride for the little village surrounded by miles and miles of corn fields.
Jill was recruited to attend Clemson University on a full athletic scholarship where she majored in Communications and Advertising. Her unique life experiences have trained her to become a spirited competitor, a powerful advocate, a highly trusted advisor, and a fierce negotiator for her clients.
She and her husband moved to Raleigh 20 years ago. Since then, they added a golden retriever, two daughters, and a handful of residential investment properties. Her parents even moved down! Get to know Jill [and probably her parents] by following along on socials: it’s a great glimpse into who she is as a person, and how she is loving every minute as the Owner/Broker of Five Over Four Realty.

We’re not even kidding when we say this guy was born for real estate. He’s an avid investor, habitual detail cruncher, and master networker. You’ve heard of the 6 degrees of separation for Kevin Bacon, right? Well John has only 4. It’s true. You’ll see.
Born and raised in Pennsylvania, John relocated to Raleigh over 20 years ago. John is very driven: he continues to manage a full corporate schedule AND keep his passion for real estate alive. John doesn’t know how to give less than 100%, and after working with him for just a short time, you will see that his loyalty to exceed your expectations is unmatched. John will be the best guide to achieving your real estate goals – and he’s just the partner you need to make the best decision when it comes to your largest investment. Trust us on that.
